Mr. Pratyush Pandey is an Assistant Professor of Law at S.S. Khanna Girls' Degree College. He holds an LL.M. with a Gold Medal from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad. His doctoral research examines the interface between Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and disruptive technologies, with a particular focus on the legal challenges emerging from technological innovation.
His teaching and research interests span Intellectual Property Law, including Copyright, Trademark, and Patent Law, as well as IPR and Indigenous Knowledge, Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, Feminist Jurisprudence, and the Indian Knowledge System. His work reflects a strong commitment to interdisciplinary legal research and to addressing contemporary issues at the intersection of law, technology, policy, and society.
Mr. Pandey has presented his research at numerous national and international conferences and has published articles in reputed journals. He actively engages in academic research, legal scholarship, and intellectual discourse, contributing to the advancement of legal education and contemporary jurisprudence
